The Bridge of Compassion
Sunday Jun 08, 2025
Sunday Jun 08, 2025
This week on Voices of Victory, we're talking about something we all deal with, and it's something that's a part of our lives, our insurance system, and so much more. But have you ever stopped to think about how destructive it can be in your relationships, because we're talking about the difference between judgment and discernment.
Why is the opposite of judgment not indifference, but compassion, and why is it so important to understand that the opposite of blame is not denial, but understanding?
We want to encourage you to start asking questions, because it's not about not acknowledging our mistakes or hiding our issues, but rather it's about taking a step back and looking at the bigger picture, and thus responding in a way that brings us together.
This is an episode about opening our hearts and minds, therefore it's an opportunity for growth and learning.
Together, we can learn to let go of the need to "dominate" and find the real power in understanding each other, so we can ultimately become better versions of ourselves.
