If you have Authority trauma as person it may stem from your own past experiences, and it is where authority figures may have exerted controlling or abusive power, and this can lead to deep emotional cores wounds that carry over into your distrust of others and your own personal resistance to leadership in the future.
Basically put, the people who hate leaders have developed an aversion towards Leadership. There's a very good chance they see authority as a threat. It can threaten their very identity. In this world, everyone, and I mean absolutely everyone has an aversion, and a Blindspot. 

This is a very simple tool for remembering the basis for Leadership. And it is the tool that is in constant state of development. Because I myself are in a constant state of development. 

We live in our world bound by narratives—these stories that shape our understanding, define our personal limits, and carve the paths we walk. Every interaction, every moment, every idea, unfolds within the framework of these narratives, whether they are conscious or insidious. From the all identities that we cling to, to the ways we can perceive others, the world is a constant tug-o-war of woven tales. 

Moving the needle towards our goals and how you can reach your goals a little at a time. 

In this fun episode, I do explore the power of our self-love and the "courage to be disliked." We talk about shining in your fullest light and that means stepping way beyond the expectations of other people and embracing your own true self worth, regardless of how it makes people "cringe".  If you're a leader, this is especially crucial—because sometimes, making others "cringe" isn’t a sign of failure. Rather, it's a signal of growth, their own discomfort.  

What is Projection? Projection is when someone takes their own feelings or even insecurities and places them into another, often knowingly or unknowingly, and this is deeply connected to bullying—where their inner baggage becomes a personal attack on you. In the truth, everyone you meet is projecting something onto you, which is why it’s vital to guard your mind and protect the essence of who you are. 

In psychology, I used the castle concept and that can be understood to as our "fortress of the self," , and symbolizes our personal interplay of boundaries, defense mechanisms, and our emotional resilience protecting one’s core identity. It is the inner world and how it relates to the outer world!
