Why does it work?
Overthinking is frequently a storage issue rather than a mental health one. The lack of a location to store or resolve thoughts causes the brain to loop.
The antidote is externalization. Clarity is achieved when ideas are released from the mind through writing, speaking, or the use of tangible objects.
Utilize simple strategies to clear your mind. Simple techniques like voice records, sensory journaling, or constraint cards work better than mental overanalysis.
